Pro Auto Glass is the work of one experienced technician who decided drivers deserved better than a call center and a rotating crew. Jake spent 20 years in the auto glass industry, including 12 years with Safelite, learning the trade on every kind of vehicle and every kind of glass before starting his own company in Zebulon in 2019.

Jake brings the training, tools, and standards of a national operation, then delivers them the way only an owner can: quoting the job himself, showing up himself, and standing behind every windshield, sunroof, and side window personally.
